Lead. Believe. Create.

Lead, Don’t Follow. Believe In Yourself. Create Opportunities.

What Drives Us

Fuel the Drive is devoted to helping kids fuel their drive and personal growth through sport and education by providing support and guidance to make the previously impossible possible and to break down traditional barriers to entry for those in financial need.

Our short term goal is to sponsor a local junior golf team, including registration fees, equipment, and other team support. Our long term mission is to expand to other areas, including youth tennis, soccer, basketball, and baseball, and other support such as free clinics.

We strive to encourage advancement, betterment, and self-confidence in kids through sport and education. We pledge to advance the Lead.Believe.Create. philosophy by taking the Lead in fostering an environment where kids can Believe in themselves and Create opportunities now and into the future.

Michelle L. Alamo, Founder & Vice President

Michelle is a lifelong “social” athlete, from her early days of Pee Wee Football Cheerleading, Ponytail Softball, and Youth Recreational Basketball, to her high school years with the swim, basketball, and softball teams. Always looking for new challenges and experiences, her passion for sports and fitness led her to take up tennis, golf, cycling, running, and yoga in recent years, including five Ironman® Triathlons. When she is not exploring new limits on the court or the course, Michelle applies much of what she has gained from sports throughout the years – such as teamwork, confidence, leadership, preparation, relentlessness, and resiliency – in the courtroom as an accomplished litigator. Michelle’s motto, “Anything is possible if you believe in yourself.”
